Ladybird Forest Pre-School is a small friendly pre-school set in the market town of Ampthill. The aims of the pre-school are to provide a happy and stimulating environment for your child. We believe that each child should have equal opportunity and access to as many resources as we can provide. 

Ladybird Forest Pre-School Ampthill (registered name) became a limited company in October 2012 whilst still retaining charitable status. The charity is governed by a group of Directors – volunteers made up of parents/carers. Ladybird Forest Pre-school also has a Fundraising Committee that parents can get involved in. 

Ladybird Forest Pre-School operates out of a purpose-built portacabin in the grounds of Russell Lower School and we offer wrap-around care from 7.45 am to 6.00 pm, Mondays to Thursdays, and Fridays 7:45 am to 4:00 pm. We also run a ‘free flow’ system using our four rooms and the outside play area, which means that all children can choose where they want to be and which activities, they would like to take part in throughout the day.
