About Kings Norton Girls' School
Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS) is an OFSTED outstanding school and a founding member of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust.
KNGS has a comprehensive intake and is oversubscribed. Currently the school has 1095 students including 275 in the co-educational sixth form. We are proud of our vibrant, socially and culturally diverse school, which lies in the heart of our community, and is highly regarded in our local area and beyond. We achieve excellent academic and pastoral outcomes for students within a culture of care, concern and well-being for both students and staff.
As a school, we strive to “open a world of opportunities” for our students enabling them to demonstrate respect and courage in order to flourish. We are exceptionally proud of the excellent academic progress our students make, but equally proud of our pastoral care and the school’s calm and purposeful environment which enables all our students, to be articulate, respectful, independent, caring and socially accomplished young people who flourish.
