We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher with potential for Year Group Leader responsibilities to join our friendly and inclusive primary school. You will create a positive, engaging and well-structured learning environment where all pupils are supported to achieve their best. With a passion for teaching, you’ll plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence and progress. The role involves fostering a love of learning and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.
As a Year Group Leader, you will also play a key role in leading and mentoring colleagues within your year group, supporting their professional development and ensuring high standards across the curriculum. You will be responsible for tracking pupil progress, implementing strategies for improvement, and fostering collaboration within your team.
The ideal candidate will have QTS, strong classroom management, excellent communication skills and a creative, reflective approach to teaching. Experience in leading a year group or team is desirable. You will be committed to inclusive practice, pupil wellbeing and improving outcomes for all learners.
