Within this role, you will be assessing,
coaching and mentoring learners whilst they are on work placement in accordance
with the success criteria and awarding body requirements, and completing
observation documentation in a timely manner.
You will provide the learners with constructive feedback and support
them with setting up and supporting them to meet their targets.
If successful, you would
play a vital role in the College, which is graded as ‘outstanding’ in all
categories by Ofsted. Our College excels in providing a broad, inclusive and
high-quality education to all of our learners, which has resulted in some of the
highest levels of progression to Higher Education in the sector. In 2023, students at Joseph Chamberlain
College achieved outstanding exam results.

building with superbly equipped classrooms and outstanding facilities.

Hours of work: 36.5 hours per week, term-time
only. However part-time applications may be considered. Please specify your

Salary: This post is on the Colleges'
Support staff pay points 15, which is currently £32,199 per annum, FTE, (this
will be adjusted for term time).
