In 2018 we became fully co-educational and today educate boys and girls aged 3 to 18, opening our first boarding house in September 2019, which has gone on to win a national BSA award for the exceptional quality of the facilities. We offer full boarding, as well as day and flexi-boarding.
We are delighted to have been named
“Independent Day and Boarding School of the Year – Suffolk (2026)” and to also
receive the National Award for “Academic Excellence 2026”. This double recognition celebrates the hard
work, ambition and talent of our pupils, supported by our exceptional staff,
parents, governors and wider school community.
Our spacious school campus has superb facilities, including a 350-capacity theatre, ICT suites, a 25m indoor heated swimming pool, Sixth Form suite, six science laboratories, dedicated music rooms and floodlit AstroTurf pitches.

Woolverstone Hall Nursery is friendly, and nurturing and makes children feel happy, safe, and keen to learn. The incredible location of our nursery means that we incorporate both Forest and Beach School into our weekly nursery curriculum. Pupils develop physical, imaginative, and social skills in the natural setting and learn from the world around them.
Our Prep School is a remarkable, warm, and welcoming setting, with an established reputation for academic excellence. We provide a supportive and caring environment for all pupils, set in a culture of achievement and ambition, with incredible educational and enrichment opportunities.
Our Senior School is a remarkable place to continue their educational journey. The school has long enjoyed a high profile across the region and is respected for both its academic success year-on-year, and for its superb pastoral care and unrivalled enrichment activity.
As part of our Oxbridge Programme, starting in Year 9, we offer support to our pupils as they prepare their applications to Oxford, Cambridge, and Russell Group universities. The success rate of our students is higher than the national average within the independent sector.
Within our Sixth Form we work with pupils to create a bespoke and tailored curriculum; choosing 3 or 4 subjects at A Level or an additional EPQ (Extended Project Qualification). Our pupils achieve incredible results through our proven formula of inspirational, passionate, and experienced A Level teachers and small classes which provides an inspiring learning environment.
