Hall Green School converted to multi-academy status in January 2025 having been a single academy trust since 2012.  As a founding member of the West Midlands Academy Trust (WMAT), the school has collaborated with Kings Norton Girls' School and Swanshurst School to ensure the Trust's mission is realised for every single pupil and staff member:

• A relentless focus upon delivery an excellent Quality of Education, resulting in strong progress and attainment for all groups of pupils.
