We are now looking for a warm, organised and proactive Admissions Assistant to join our friendly and professional Admissions team. This is a pivotal role within the newly structured team, supporting the Registrar and Assistant Registrar to ensure a welcoming, efficient and highly professional experience for prospective families.
For many families, the Admissions Office is their first real interaction with Habs. As Admissions Assistant, you will play an important part in shaping that experience — helping families navigate the admissions process, ensuring information is clear and timely, and supporting the many events and processes that bring prospective pupils into our community.

The Role
The Admissions Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the Admissions Office. You will help ensure that enquiries, applications and communications are handled efficiently and professionally while supporting the team in delivering a welcoming experience for prospective families.
