Welcome to Great Kingshill Church of England Combined School
We are a busy and friendly school and preschool based on the outskirts of High Wycombe, which places community at the heart of our work. We pride ourselves on our inclusiveness and diversity, as well as our distinctive Christian character – aspiring to be our best with kindness, respect and faith.
We strive to create an open culture of high aspirations which enables every child and adult within our school to thrive. Our curriculum is rich and varied, and equips our pupils with the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to reach their full potential. The school’s values of courage, forgiveness, hope, love, respect and truth shine through in all that we do on our way to becoming ‘Good Samaritans’.
I am very proud to be the Headteacher of GKCS and firmly believe that it is our moral duty to ensure that we serve the pupils of our school to navigate to be the best that they can be, whilst maintaining their autonomy, discovering their passions and celebrating their individuality.
It is a true privilege to be a headteacher and I take that responsibility extremely seriously. I take great pleasure in watching our pupils and staff grow and achieve. We are a nurturing school that places a high value on the mental health and wellbeing of our whole school community.
