About Great Horwood Church of England School
Overlooking beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, Great Horwood is a well-resourced, rural primary school and nursery with pupils ranging in age from rising 3 to 11 years. |
We prioritise pupil happiness, welfare and safety and all-round achievement. We listen to and value each individual because everyone’s views matter. We recognise and celebrate the special contribution made by every child in their learning journey. In return we expect children to demonstrate a caring attitude to each other and their environment.
Great Horwood School has a commitment to high achievement and raising standards and we pride ourselves in having the highest expectations of what pupils can achieve academically, socially and spiritually. Pupils enjoy learning through high quality teaching and a rich and creative curriculum that evolves annually to ensure learning experiences remain relevant to our young people.
