At Goldington Green Academy, we have a team of dedicated and caring staff who are committed to nurturing a strong relationship between staff, children and their families.

Goldington is a friendly, happy school where everybody is valued and we all work hard to achieve our best. Core values such as respect, tolerance and honesty are promoted through all aspects of school life. Values that are essential to developing self-respect, regard for others and for making a positive contribution to society are discussed and explored with children in lessons, assemblies and in everyday interactions. 

At Goldington Green Academy we work hard to ensure that children receive the highest possible quality of education and care during their time here, ensuring parents feel secure in the knowledge that the right choice has been made for their child's education.

We are particularly keen on making learning practical, interactive and, of course, fun! We want all of the children here to develop a love of learning and a thirst for knowledge. All children are encouraged to develop the skills needed to work well with others as well as to self-motivate and work independently.

The school was last visited by OFSTED in January 2025 and was graded ‘Good’.

As part of HEART Academies Trust, we recognise that teachers are the most important factor affecting pupil achievement and therefore staff well-being is high on our priority list. We invest heavily in staff development and work side by side with our teaching staff to ensure excellent teaching.
