You will design and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences that empower every learner to succeed and build confidence, using a wide range of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment methods to monitor progress and support development. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will create a positive and respectful environment that promotes equality, diversity, and the core values of Health and Social Care, while maintaining accurate records and a reflective approach to continually improve your practice and share effective ideas. You will also provide guidance and pastoral support, helping learners make informed decisions about their future pathways and career opportunities.
