The Access to Learning Administrator plays a key role in
ensuring students receive timely, effective support by managing all Learning
Support referrals, accurately logging enquiries, and progressing them
efficiently. You will coordinate assessments and appointments, maintain
up-to-date records on ProMonitor, and act as the first point of contact for
learners, families, and staff, providing clear guidance. The role also involves
supporting Access Arrangements through evidence gathering, documentation, and
compliance with JCQ regulations, while working closely with curriculum teams
and external agencies to ensure the right support is in place. Alongside
general administration, you will support meetings and occasionally assist with
exam invigilation, making this a varied and impactful role.
