About this Role

In this role, you'll work as part of a supportive Exams Team, helping to plan and deliver examinations for learners across the College. You'll manage exam entries, results and certification processes, support learners with access arrangements, and act as a key point of contact for exam-related queries. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you'll help create a positive learner experience while ensuring all exams are delivered accurately, securely and in line with awarding body requirements. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement, support College events when needed, and help maintain the high standards of our exams service.

About You

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data processing skills
  • Able to work effectively to deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), or willing to achieve these
  • Level 2 IT qualification
