Flitwick Day Nursery in Steppingley Road, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, is situated in a light and airy 1930s character property.  It is part of a group of nurseries owned by Davidson Roberts Ltd.

We have a rigorous process of interviewing, supporting and developing staff of a high calibre, who often progress their career in one of our nurseries. Our nursery staff are recruited because of their qualifications, experience, welcoming nature and commitment to working with children. Several members of staff are graduates in early years.

Our staff undertake an enhanced DBS check, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene training, as well as attending frequent Early Years courses to ensure their knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date with current childcare legislation.

Each nursery manager works closely with their management team colleagues to ensure consistent high standards are delivered across the whole of the Davidson-Roberts group.
