About Field House Infant School
At Field House Infant and Nursery School we are proud to work with a community of wonderfully talented and unique children. As part of our Field House family, we will help them to: reach their full potential, grow in confidence, develop their social and emotional skills and achieve the best possible academic outcomes whilst ensuring they are happy, safe and well.
Everybody is welcome in our school and we pride ourselves on being a fully inclusive setting that provides every child with what they need. We go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is able to access a high-quality education and to support our diverse and varied community. We are ambitious that every pupil will do as well as they can during their time at our school and want pupils to aim high in their future lives.
Our staff team is dedicated, friendly, approachable and supportive. We are very proud of our mutually respectful and supportive relationships with parents/ carers and other professionals and service providers.
We work hard to sustain a positive, supportive atmosphere for our staff as well as our families and children. This has created a happy and well-established team with low staff turnover and high job satisfaction. Professional development and reflective practice are at the heart of what we do. We are very proud to have a staff team who possess a wide range of experience, expertise, talents and skills. We support all of our staff in developing their potential and reaching ambitious goals.

As part of the Embark team, we are proud to have maintained our uniqueness and what makes us 'stand out' at the heart of our community, whilst receiving a high level of quality support and access to a wide range of development and enrichment opportunities for our children, families and staff, that we could not have secured as a stand alone school.
