Thank you for your interest in working at our school. Farmborough Church Primary is set in the heart of the village and is a welcoming, positive and happy school community. We are a thriving school and justly proud of our high standards in attainment and behaviour, as well as the fulfilling curriculum we provide for our children.

Farmborough is very much an inclusive school and our aim is to provide the opportunities for all our pupils to fulfil and even go beyond, their own potential. They are engaging, well behaved and motivated and we have very high aspirations for them, both academically and socially. Our Vision, Christian values and caring ethos lie at the heart of all that we do and help develop and shape who we are. There is a welcoming family atmosphere throughout the school and a strong relationship with the wider community.

We are proud to belong to The Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of first, primary and special schools in Bath and North East Somerset, and Somerset. Our Trust is passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for our young people. Across the Trust there are many opportunities for networking, training, professional development and career progression.

We are looking for applicants with commitment and passion to educating the whole child and maintaining very high standards in teaching and learning. We have a fantastic group of hardworking and talented staff and governors and require someone who is a highly effective team member and great role model to others.
