About Europa School UK
Nestled in rural Oxfordshire, Europa School UK offers an unparalleled education where students are taught bilingually throughout their entire school career. From the age of four, our pupils begin their scholastic journey in English + French, German or Spanish and continue with their stream language until they graduate at 18, equipped with the highly acclaimed International Baccalaureate, giving breadth of study and fluency in at least two languages.
At Europa School UK we believe in the power of our children to shape the future and it is our goal to foster curiosity, promote creativity and build confidence from an early age. The driving vision for Europa School UK is that every pupil should develop a deep understanding and enjoyment of learning within a safe and vibrant environment. How Does it Work?
A Free School is an all ability state-funded school, established in response to a local community need. Unequivocal support and demand for Europa UK came from many areas: the potential parental body, teachers,local MPs, businesses and local organisations. We are proud of this unique educational outlook and are reminded of its successes as we welcome our happy, engaged students to the school each day.
Europa School UK is an IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and pursuing authorisation as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy; a commitment to improve the teaching and learning of a diverse and inclusive community of students by delivering challenging, high quality programmes of international education that share a powerful vision.
Our Staff
At the heart of Europa School UK are our staff. They are a highly-valued and highly-experienced team, who take very seriously the role they play in shaping our children's futures. Our unique curriculum demands a unique kind of teacher and we seek staff who can instill in our students the school ethos of purposeful learning, pastoral care and multicultural engagement which develops tolerant, ethical and linguistically confident young people.
