About Elmridge Primary School

Elmridge Primary School  are part of Bright Futures Educational Trust, a multi-academy trust set up in 2011. The Trust is made up of a richly diverse group of schools in Greater Manchester and Blackpool.  We are passionate about working together within and beyond the Trust to achieve our aspirational vision: the best for everyone, the best from everyone. We are an organisation that is underpinned by values of: community, integrity and passion. In everything we do, we remember that we are accountable to the children, families and communities that we serve.

Our mission statement

Elmridge strives to ensure that all its pupils meet their full academic, social, emotional, and physical potential through building solid foundations during this first chapter of their lifelong learning journey.

Our goal is to develop confident, understanding, global citizens with a love of learning and respect for each other and the world around them.

Our School

At Elmridge we are committed to providing every child with the highest levels of education and care. Children only get one childhood, and it is our responsibility to ensure that the years spent at our school are ones that ensure they are happy and successful as children, whilst providing them with the skills, knowledge, and attitude to achieve in their future lives.

The children at Elmridge are supported and encouraged to be the best versions of themselves. The school is very fortunate to be part of such a strong and supportive community where the parents and staff are absolutely committed.

With our values driving our actions, we aim to eliminate any circumstances that may be a barrier to learning, progress or the happiness of any child. We hold the highest expectations and work to support each child to achieve success, not only academically, but socially, morally, spiritually, and culturally. We know that high aspirations lead to high standards, and this is our vision for each and every child.

We are a school dedicated to learning and enjoyment. Our teachers enjoy delivering fun and challenging lessons. We celebrate the achievements of all our children. We have high expectations and strive to be the best we can be. All of our staff are committed to the care and nurture of all our community.

We like to do things a little differently and love being outdoors enjoying the beautiful surroundings we have developed together.
