As Headteacher, I feel truly honoured to lead such a passionate and dedicated team of educators and support staff.  Our vision for is ‘To empower every student with the knowledge, skills, and character to realise their full potential, embrace lifelong learning, and succeed in life while making a positive impact on their community and the world.’ Together, we are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive and access a high-quality education that empowers them to succeed.

My own journey in education began as a behaviour teacher within an alternative provision, working closely with some of Birmingham’s most vulnerable young people.  From the very beginning, my mission was clear: to shift mindsets and rewrite narratives.  I have always believed in the transformative power of education—it can unlock potential, challenge stereotypes, and truly change lives.  Over the years, I’ve been privileged to grow through the pastoral route, deepening my understanding of the importance of care, guidance, and high expectations. My purpose remains the same—to inspire, to remove barriers, and to make what once seemed impossible, possible.
