Daylesford Academy has an excellent careers programme which is evidenced through our Gatsby Benchmark, it prepares our pupils to move on to further education, training or employment.
The informative PSHE curriculum supports our pupils as they navigate their way through the turbulent teenage years encouraging them to evolve into well-rounded individuals who value the opinions of others as well as their own.We are a ‘Restorative’ School. Through the use of ‘Restorative Practice’ it enables those who have been harmed to convey the impact of the harm to those responsible, and for those responsible to acknowledge this impact and take steps to put it right.
The School has a dedicated team of both Teaching and Support Staff that work hard to reach high standards in everything we do. We endeavour to foster successful relationships with parents/carers and the local community.
We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and regard you as an active partner in your child’s education and value your interest and support.I hope that this website will give you as much information as possible about our school, the staff and the many activities that our pupils enjoy throughout the curriculum.
