THE PEOPLE TEAM 

The People Team provide a range of services and support to colleagues across the Trust. 

Our People Business Managers provide generalist Policy support and our People Administrators provide support to all administration processes, particularly recruitment and onboarding. 

 The areas that we cover include: 

• Recruitment 
• Employee Relations 

 THE PAYROLL TEAM 

 Our Payroll team work closely with our People and Finance team.  

The areas that we cover are: 

• Salaries
• Pensions 

THE FINANCE TEAM 

The Trust’s Finance team oversee the following: 

• Recording of all financial transactions
• Budget management and control
• Monthly management information
• Forecasting and analysis
• Treasury and working capital management
• Tax and compliance
• Strategic guidance on finance matters

We also support with Budget setting and Fund raising.
