About Croyland Nursery School & Day Nursery
Croyland Nursery School & Day Nursery, forming part of a federation of four local authority maintained nursery schools across Northamptonshire, has been part of the community for 80 years. The school is open from 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, all year round, providing a wide range of educational and care places for children from ages six months to five years.
Our
mission is to provide the highest quality of Early Education and care
for all our children, in whom we foster a love of learning to help
each child become the best they can be. We work in partnership with our families right from the start with a home visit and play sessions prior to a child's start date.
2020's Ofsted report judged us as continuing to be an "outstanding" school:
"This inclusive nursery school is exceptionally well led. Leaders, including governors, work together as a strong team. They are aspirational for children. They lead with the belief that all children can thrive at the nursery. Staff share leaders' desire for children to become independent, inquisitive learners.
