At Creating Tomorrow College, we're dedicated to addressing the employment deficit for young adults with learning disabilities and communication and interaction barriers. Our mission is to provide effective support, nurture talent, and empower students to gain and sustain employment. 

We wholeheartedly believe that our students and young adults (aged 18-25) are more than capable of not only gaining and maintain employment, but also being an incredible asset to any employer.  We recognise that to achieve this we need to not only upskill our students but also support employers to become disability confident, so they are able to reap the rewards of an untapped workforce. 

There are three main ingredients to our curriculum recipe:

• Knowledge - We want our students to gain a broad range of work and life-supporting knowledge so they have a strong foundation to build on. Its's like having ah big toolbox filled with different tools they can use to solve problems and be competent in their future careers.
• Skills - are the hands-on abilities our students develop. It's not just about knowing things; it's about being able to do things. We'll help our students practice and learn real-life skills, so when they step into the working world, they won't just be smart, they will be capable and confident.
• Character - encompasses personal qualities, the kind of person that our student are. We'll help our student to grow into someone who's honest, responsible and cares about others. Having a good character is like having the secret sauce that makes you sand out in you job and be a positive force in your community.

Our students follow a pathway to employment and experience a range of different practical opportunities including short term work experiences, supported internships and inclusive apprenticeships with local businesses.
