We work hard to sustain a positive, supportive atmosphere for our staff as well as our families and children - this has created a happy and well-established team with low staff turnover. Professional development and reflective practice are at the heart of what we do; we are proud to have a leadership team full of home-grown talent and we support all of our staff in developing their initiative and potential.

As part of the Embark team, we are lucky to have retained our sense of individuality whilst receiving an incredible level of support which allows us to provide our children, families and staff with an even broader community across Derbyshire and many opportunities we could not otherwise have guaranteed.
