Welcome to Castle Primary School and Nursery

I am extremely proud to lead Castle Primary School, supported by hardworking and committed staff. Our school offers children high quality learning experiences in a semi-rural setting, encouraging them to develop new skills and knowledge both in the classroom and the outdoors. We are also adept at offering all our children opportunities within performing arts, producing concerts throughout the year.

Our school has continued to grow over recent years whilst maintaining the values and community feeling of a small school. We enjoy good success with our results at both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Our Early Years children also achieve a good level of development. Our recent Ofsted Inspection in June 2023 graded us as 'Good'. We are also able to offer our children Forest School sessions on site which take place all year round.
