Cameley Church of England Primary is a small, rural school which is at the very heart of the community. We pride ourselves on our welcoming and inclusive nature, engaging and motivating pupils with our friendly and positive staff team. Our vision ‘Nurturing Faith: Inspiring Learning’, demonstrates our commitment to the holistic development of every child, with our strong Christian values and ethos supporting all that we do.

We are a positive school community with a ‘can do’ attitude. We have high expectations for every child to be the best they can in their attainment and behaviour, through providing an enriching and exciting curriculum with opportunities to engage with the wider community and world.  

We are an inclusive school, committed to outstanding levels of care, support and guidance. Our aspirations for all of our pupils are high and we aim to provide a wide range of opportunities for our pupils to reach, and even exceed, their potential. We believe in supporting all learners at every stage of their learning journey.

The staff and Governors at Cameley are seeking to appoint a passionate individual who can demonstrate high standards in teaching and learning and a commitment to the education of the whole child. In return, we can offer a hardworking and dedicated staff team who are fully able to support, develop and learn from any new team member.

Our school is continuing to grow in numbers, supported by the addition of the Early Years Foundation Unit for pupils aged three and four.  

We are proud to belong to The Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of first, primary and special schools in Bath and North East Somerset, and Somerset. Our Trust is passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for our young people. Across the Trust there are many opportunities for networking, training, professional development and career progression.
