Caldecote CE Academy is a friendly, happy and lively lower school where we value children as individuals.  We believe that a child’s education is a partnership between home and school and welcome parental support and involvement.

We strongly believe in educating the whole child by encouraging creative minds, fostering social skills and developing an understanding of the needs of other people.  It is our aim that every child can achieve their full potential in their academic, creative, personal, social, moral and spiritual development through our rich and broad curriculum, our Values Education and our core belief in developing a growth mind set. We feel that children must learn these crucial skills in preparation for the next stage in their educational journey and later life.

Caldecote CE Academy joined the Diocese of St Albans Multi Academy Trust (DSAMAT) on 1st July 2017.  DSAMAT was founded by the Diocese of St Albans, and is a Trust working with schools across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
