Broadmeadow Special School is a vibrant and nurturing primary school, dedicated to providing exceptional education for children with severe learning disabilities. With a capacity of 75 pupils, we offer a supportive and enriching environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Originally known as Stowlawn Nursery, we moved to our central location in 1998. Since 2016, we have proudly been part of the Central Learning Partnership Trust, benefiting from shared expertise and resources. In recent years, we have expanded to become a full primary school, allowing children to remain with us until the end of Year 6.

Our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community was recently recognized by OFSTED in 2024, who noted: "Broadmeadow Special School is warm and welcoming to everyone. Pupils are well cared for and staff go the extra mile to make pupils feel happy and safe."
