About Bowbrook Primary School
Welcome to Bowbrook Primary School
Bowbrook
Primary School is Shrewsbury’s newest primary school, having opened in
September 2023, and provides education for children aged 3–11.
As
a growing school, Bowbrook offers a unique and exciting opportunity to join a
developing staff team at an early stage, helping to shape the school’s culture,
curriculum and future direction as new cohorts join each year. We pride ourselves
on being the School of Opportunity. We are committed to providing rich learning
experiences and a nurturing environment where every child can thrive
academically, socially and emotionally. We promote a culture of ‘Feel the fear
and do it anyway’ and our children and families are encouraged to embrace this.
Bowbrook
Primary School is proudly part of The
3‑18 Education Trust, a Shropshire-based multi‑academy trust
united by the vision ‘every
individual is in a great school’. Working as part of the Trust
provides staff with opportunities for collaboration, professional development
and career progression, supported by strong shared values and a comprehensive
staff benefits package.
Our
school community is built on compassion, ambition and resilience. We value
staff who are enthusiastic, reflective and committed to making a positive
difference to children’s lives, and who are keen to grow alongside a
forward-thinking and supportive team.
