About Bordesley Green East Nursery School

The Nursery School is funded by the Local Authority and has a fully delegated budget. We are one of 27 Birmingham Local Authority Maintained Nursery Schools which promote quality and excellence for our youngest children in Birmingham.

We provide quality nursery education for 90 children within our setting, offering places to 2, 3 and 4-year-olds. Children access their Early Education Entitlement of 15 hours provision per week, attending mornings, afternoons or blocked days. Eligible working parents are able to access 30 hours of provision per week. The Nursery School is popular and the number of children on roll continues to rise. 

Our staff team includes experienced SENDCo, Early Years teachers and teaching assistants, Forest School Leader, and trained practitioners that promote Communication and Language. We also work with a range of external agencies to support children's learning and development.
