Since 2015, we have been part of the Flying High Trust, one of the highest performing Multi-Academy Trusts in the East Midlands. This partnership has provided us with valuable networking and professional development opportunities. As a hub school for teacher training, we benefit from collaborations with the Flying High English Hub and the Futures Programme. We are proud of our children's strong progress, particularly as they transition from Key Stage 2 to secondary school, placing us in the top 20% of schools nationally. We emphasise responsibility and offer numerous leadership opportunities, such as class ambassadors, 'Young Interpreters,' hospitality team members, and librarians. This focus on leadership inspires everyone connected to our school.

Our experienced pastoral team supports children experiencing emotional difficulties, grief, or a lack of confidence. The Hive and The Honeycomb provide safe and nurturing spaces for children who need extra support. Led by our Pastoral Lead, this team delivers bespoke programmes and collaborates with external agencies. Parents have provided extremely positive feedback about this resource.
