The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring  Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our Baby Unit, working with babies from 0-2 years.   You will play a key role in delivering high quality early years education, supporting children's learning through play, always ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Observe, assess and record children's progress, sharing updates with parents and carers
• Create a stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times

Requirements

• Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with babies and toddlers
