About Beanfield Primary School
At Beanfield our school values of Freedom, Pride, Respect,
Responsibility and Tolerance underpin every element of the work of the school
and our Community Code helps ensure that our children are happy and safe in
school.
Our five core values are the principles we want to instil in
our children to ensure they know how to operate successfully in school, in
their local community and as responsible citizens in the world. They
provide a framework within which children, parents and staff operate and this
common language leads to openness, a shared understanding of our goals and a
collaborative approach to children’s learning.
We have a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed team of staff who
endeavour to provide exciting and enriching experiences for our children. We
value every child as an individual and we believe that our staff make a
real difference – to give the very best education, both academically and
socially, to our pupils.
Parents and carers play a very important part of school life and we
value our strong partnership with them.
Together, we share responsibility for the children’s education and
we work closely putting the children at the centre of everything we do. We
encourage our parents to become involved in all aspects of school life, so
that, as partners, we can promote high standards of learning, behaviour and
attitudes to enable every child to reach their full potential.
