Welcome to Alton Park Junior School.

Alton Park is a school with a strong sense of community and aspirations. We are a caring school, where everyone aims to live up to our school rules of ‘be kind, be safe, be responsible and be ready’.

We are committed to preparing the children for lifelong learning by developing the skills and knowledge they will need for their next steps. Our curriculum is designed to be engaging and relevant, with lots of first-hand experiences and practical activities. 

Our ‘Alton Values’ (Aspiration, Learning, Tenacity, Opportunity, Nurture) run through all that we do within the school. We place great emphasis on everyone feeling safe, happy and valued. We have high expectations for the behaviour of the children and a strong pastoral team who support pupil well-being.
