Welcome to Allens Croft Nursery School. Thank you for considering us as the provider of your child's care and early education. We offer FREE (Local Authority funded) and paid for places to children of 2 - 4 years, ahead of their admission to Primary and Special Schools. We are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, for up to 48 weeks of the year.

We are 1 of 9 Local Authority Nursery Schools that form the Birmingham Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools and 1 of 27 within the City of Birmingham. We offer both FREE (Local Authority funded) and paid for places to children of 2-5 years of age. Our provisions are run by a shared leadership team of fully qualified teachers (QTS) and experienced early years professionals.

At Allens Croft, we pride ourselves on our creative and holistic approach to pre-nursery and nursery education. Our approach empowers children to make their own choices and helps them to become self motivated, confident and self-disciplined individuals. Our principles of creating opportunities for participation, negotiation and collaboration enhance the children's knowledge and skills as well as their ability to respect and to work with others. We ensure that all our work is child-centred and wraps around the children and their families as an all encompassing service for our community.
