At Alec Reed Academy, we take pride in providing a strong all‑through education for children aged 3 to 19, supporting them from their very first steps in nursery through to sixth form on one connected Northolt campus. Every member of our staff is committed to upholding our core values of respect, honesty, kindness, and hard work, creating a warm, structured, and aspirational environment where students feel safe, motivated, and ready to learn.
As a team, we value the academy’s rich history of growth and renewal. From its beginnings as Walford Secondary School in 1955 to becoming Alec Reed Academy in 2012, the school has continually adapted to meet the needs of our community while maintaining its focus on high‑quality education and opportunity for all. This long heritage strengthens our sense of purpose and the pride we feel in the work we do each day.
We benefit from a modern, purpose‑built campus with facilities that allow us to offer a broad and engaging curriculum across all phases.
