Alderman Jacobs is a vibrant and popular three form entry school with its own pre-school located in the market town of Whittlesey, just 6 miles from Peterborough.
The school was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted (March 2023) with inspectors reporting that ‘Alderman Jacobs is a welcoming and happy place where pupils enjoy their learning. All aspects of school life reflect the school’s values of energy for life, learning and the environment’.
The school joined the Soke Education Trust in September 2023 and works collaboratively with Gunthorpe, John Clare, Northborough, Werrington and Wittering Primary Schools supported by an experienced and collaborative central team.
