We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Programme
and Marketing Coordinator for a unique joint role supporting the
Leicestershire & Rutland Teaching School Hub and The Knowledge Hub.
This exciting split role combines programme coordination,
communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement across two closely-related
organisations committed to improving education through high-quality teacher and
leadership development.
About the role
Both organisations are part of St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust. Three days per week will be spent supporting the Leicestershire & Rutland Teaching School Hub, helping coordinate our growing initial teacher training provision alongside wider programme administration and marketing activity. Our Teaching School Hub is one of just 87 centres of excellence nationally accredited to deliver the Department for Education’s ‘golden thread’ of teacher development - from Initial Teacher Training through to leadership, headship and beyond.
Two days per week will support The Knowledge Hub (St
Martin’s Catholic Academy), a growing organisation delivering two flagship
programmes:

programmes run smoothly while helping both organisations strengthen
communications, recruitment, partnerships, and professional engagement.
