Nursery Manager

Full Time, 8am to 4.30pm, 40 hours per week 38 weeks, Term time plus 4 weeks

Salary 5BP1 £42,263 FTE Actual £37,705 per annum

Actual salary will be subject to hours worked and Term time only calculations

Aldenham Prep School are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our Nursery provision and ensure the highest standards of care, learning and development of our children.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Nursery, supporting and developing staff and delivering a high-quality Early Years experience in line with the EYFS framework.

You will play a central role in shaping and nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive, while also working closely with Reception colleagues to support a smooth transition into school.
