What & How Will I Learn? (Professional Development)

You will achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a combination of self-guided learning plus face-to-face and online sessions with other trainees, ensuring both theory and practice are integrated:

• In-School Practice: Classroom teaching practice, peer support, and weekly 1:1 guidance from your mentor.

• Focused Topic Weeks: Dive deeper into complex areas of teaching with the support of additional experts in education.

• Broad Experience: Additional placement days outside of your host school to experience the breadth of the English education system. 

  
  

Candidate Requirements

You are the perfect fit for starting your career in primary teaching with us if you have:

• A degree in any subject.

• GCSE Maths, English and Science at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification.

• A genuine passion for teaching, a drive to inspire and motivate students, and the ability to act as a positive role model.
