Serenity School Croydon is seeking a qualified School Counsellor to join our dedicated wellbeing team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality emotional and therapeutic support to pupils with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), helping them to develop resilience, confidence, and coping strategies to thrive in both their learning and personal lives.
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified counsellor (minimum Level 4 Diploma or equivalent) with experience working with children and young people.
Understanding of SEND and SEMH needs.
Strong communication, empathy, and record-keeping skills.
A reflective, child-centred practitioner committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
