About this Role
Your Role:
As a Level 2 Early Years Educator, you will:
- Support
the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Provide
a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5
- Work
as part of a team to meet the individual needs of each child
- Help
observe and track children’s progress and development
- Build
positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Ensure
safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times
You Will Need:
- A
recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification
- Paediatric
First Aid
- A
genuine passion for working with young children
- Good
communication and teamwork skills
- A
caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- A
sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
