About this Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Educator who has a passion for Early Years teaching and learning and who is committed to continue to achieve excellent learning outcomes for all children. Our nurseries are filled with opportunities and experiences for all children to provide the “best start in life” delivered by high level skilled and experienced team of educators.

The Role: As an Early Years Educator, you will be required:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote development across all areas of learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support each child’s individual needs and development through observation, assessment, and planning
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Work in partnership with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

• Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to high-quality early years education
• A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and child development
• Experienced in working with children aged 0-2 years

Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB)
• Paediatric First Aid
• Enhanced DBS check
