Unity Education Trust are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching
Assistant to join our education team at our Pathfinder School Douglas Bader
Academy to start immediately.
The successful candidate will have experience of:
· Covering lessons and following a
plan.
· Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored
lessons and activities to meet the pupil's educational goals and objectives.
You must:
Our schools are specialists in catering for various students in an
all-through setting, our varied cohort of students include children classed as
missing education and permanently excluded from mainstream schools, as such
many of the pupils have social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH).
This role requires a firm but fair role model to appropriately deal with
the challenging behaviour you will encounter on a daily basis, be it in a 1:1
