We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist primary provision for 50 young people with additional needs related to Autism and SEMH. Our Bierton campus is a vibrant, friendly and ambitious school, part of Chiltern Way Academy Trust - we don't do ordinary; we are rewriting the future with our cutting edge and transformational approaches to educating students with ASC and SEMH.

What You’ll Do
Support teachers in delivering learning activities
Work with individuals and small groups to help them progress
Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
Help create a calm, safe and supportive learning environment
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Assist with basic planning, preparation and classroom organisation
What We’re Looking For
Someone patient, flexible and enthusiastic
Able to build positive relationships with young people
A team player with good communication skills
Experience working with children or young people
GCSE English & Maths (A–C) and ideally NVQ Level 2
