The Role

We are seeking subject specialists to deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons to small groups of learners.

The role offers flexibility alongside the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

• Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in your subject area
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Support students to make academic progress

Student Engagement

• Develop positive, professional relationships with learners
• Encourage confidence, independence, and participation

Safeguarding and Wellbeing

• Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding at all times
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns appropriately

Collaboration

• Work constructively with colleagues to support student outcomes
• Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

Person Specification

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience teaching or tutoring
• Are confident delivering online learning
• Are able to engage and motivate small groups of learners
• Value both academic achievement and student wellbeing

Requirements
