As a 52-week provision, we deliver consistent, year-round support to meet the individual needs of our learners.
Through personalised education programmes, therapeutic approaches and specialist support, we help learners build confidence, re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. Our mission is to provide inclusive, person-centred education that empowers every learner to reach their full potential.
About the Role
As the Regional Alternative Provision Lead, you will play a key role in leading the development, coordination and delivery of Muve Futures’ Alternative Provision offer across multiple locations and local authorities. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing service, ensuring our provision is consistently high-quality, effective and responsive to the needs of learners, families and commissioning partners.
You will take responsibility for the effective operation of Alternative Provision settings, supporting the development of strong systems, processes and approaches that enable successful learner journeys. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure provision remains safe, well-managed and focused on achieving positive outcomes.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight. You will contribute to service development through effective planning, quality assurance and continuous improvement, while supporting staff teams to deliver engaging learning experiences and effective interventions.
A key part of the role will involve building strong relationships with schools, local authorities, families and partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach around learner support. You will oversee placement processes, monitor progress and outcomes, and help ensure that each learner receives the right support at the right time.

This role is suited to an experienced professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people, confident in leading teams and partnerships, and motivated by the opportunity to develop an ambitious Alternative Provision service.
