Company Overview
Muve Futures is a specialist Alternative Provision dedicated to supporting children and young people who require a more personalised approach to education. We work with learners aged 4–25 who face a range of barriers to learning, including SEND, SEMH needs, EBSA and exclusion from school.
As a 52-week provision, we provide consistent, year-round education and therapeutic support, recognising that many learners benefit from continuity beyond the traditional academic calendar. Through tailored educational programmes, therapeutic approaches and specialist support, we help young people build confidence, re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Our provision is delivered across a range of formal and informal learning environments through bespoke one-to-one programmes, enabling us to meet learners where they are and provide support that is flexible, responsive and individualised.
Our mission is to provide inclusive, person-centred education that empowers every learner to develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to reach their full potential and achieve positive futures.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration and Referrals Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Muve Futures. As the first point of contact for many referrals, you will help ensure children and young people access the right support quickly, efficiently and in line with their individual needs.
You will coordinate the referrals process from initial enquiry through to placement, liaising with local authorities, schools, families, commissioners and internal colleagues to ensure referrals are managed efficiently, accurately and with the learner's needs at the centre. You will oversee referral documentation, monitor referral pipelines, arrange assessments and ensure all learner records are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
Alongside the referrals process, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the organisation. This will include maintaining learner records and databases, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating meetings and reviews, supporting attendance and compliance processes, managing correspondence, responding to enquiries and ensuring information is shared appropriately with internal teams and external partners.
Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, manage competing priorities and contribute to the smooth running of our 52-week specialist alternative provision. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent service will be essential in helping learners access timely, high-quality education and support.
