Company Overview

Muve Futures is a specialist Alternative Provision supporting children and young people aged 4–25 who face barriers to learning, including SEND, SEMH needs, EBSA and exclusion from school. As a 52-week provision, we deliver consistent, year-round support to meet the individual needs of our learners.

Through personalised education programmes, therapeutic approaches and specialist support, we help learners build confidence, re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. Our mission is to provide inclusive, person-centred education that empowers every learner to reach their full potential.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, supporting children and young people aged 4–25 with a wide range of speech, language, communication and interaction needs.

We welcome applications from therapists based across the West Midlands and North West, with opportunities to work flexibly across our education and community-based provision.

Working across our personalised education programmes, you will assess individual needs, develop tailored intervention plans and deliver evidence-informed therapy that helps learners overcome barriers to communication and engagement. You will work closely with education staff, families and external professionals to embed communication strategies within everyday learning, enabling children and young people to build confidence, develop independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference for learners with SEND, SEMH needs, Autism, developmental language disorders and other communication difficulties, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive both in education and beyond.
