Programme Lead – Inspired
Location: Bedford
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: Competitive (dependent upon experience)
Working closely with the Inspired Centre Manager, you will lead and
develop our Inspired programme, creating engaging activities that enable young
people and adults with SEND to thrive.
You'll oversee a diverse programme including:
- Enterprise and employability
- The Loft Enterprise Shop
- Arts, crafts and creative projects
- Health and wellbeing activities
- Community engagement
- Events, exhibitions and enterprise
initiatives
Every day is different. One day
you may be supporting clients to create products for sale in The Loft,
another you could be organising a community event, delivering a wellbeing
session, planning creative workshops or helping clients develop valuable
employability and independence skills.
A key part of the role is leading The Loft, our enterprise shop,
where clients gain real-life retail and customer service experience. You'll support clients to design and create
products, prepare them for sale, manage stock, merchandise displays and work
alongside them during our monthly public opening, helping them build confidence
through meaningful work experience.

- A good understanding of the principles of
